Duplicates

If you find a critter bead that you'd like to purchase, but it's been sold I will be happy
to make you a
similar bead.  However...all of my lampworked items are one of a kind
little works of art and exact duplication isn't possible.  But, I'll do my best and then
email you a photo.  I require a 50%
non-refundable deposit prior to adding your order
to my schedule.

Custom Designs

If you have a special furbaby or a favorite critter that you want me to try making I'll
be happy to do it provided it's something I feel is within my abilities.  I will require a
50%
non-refundable deposit before adding your request to my schedule.  Once your
item is complete I will email you photos and your balance due.
I don't do "do overs"... just not enough time in my schedule.

Ways To Pay

I accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal.

If you send a check, money order or cashiers check your item will be shipped once
your check/money order clears, usually 10 business days.  If paying with a check or
money order, please put the item description/number on your payment and be sure to
include your mailing address with all orders.  Please email me at
bonnie@puddytatglass.com and let me know what item you're purchasing and I'll reply
with my mailing address.


I'm not listing items for sale on my website at this time because I'm finding it difficult
to keep this site current along with my Etsy Shop.  Just too much to do and not enough
hours in the day.

Refunds

If a package is lost in transit and not entered as "delivered" with USPS it will be
replaced or refunded, buyers option.  But if USPS shows it as being "delivered" then
you will need to contact your local post office.

If your purchase is damaged in transit you will receive a full refund or replacement,
your choice.  The only requirement is that you return the item in its
ORIGINAL boxes.  
This allows me to proceed with a claim against USPS for damages.

And if you get your purchase and it's just not what you wanted...return it.  Make sure
you insure it...once I receive it I will refund your purchase price.  
I do not refund
shipping/handling or insurance
fees in this situation.
