Duplicates If you find a critter bead that you'd like to purchase, but it's been sold I will be happy to make you a similar bead. However...all of my lampworked items are one of a kind little works of art and exact duplication isn't possible. But, I'll do my best and then email you a photo...if you like it, it's yours. If you decide it's not what you had in mind, that's okay too - no obligation. Custom Designs The problem here is...well, I can't see what's in your head so coming up with a bead or fused piece from a description doesn't seem to work for me. If it's a critter bead I might give it a try if I've got the time. Same thing applies...I'll email you a photo and price, if you like it it's yours and if it's not what you had in mind, that's okay too - no obligation, but I don't do "do overs"... just not enough time in my busy, busy life. Ways To Pay I accept personal checks, money orders and PayPal. Selecting the "Buy Now" button will take you directly to PayPal. If you send a check, money order or cashiers check your item will be shipped once your check/money order clears, usually 10 business days. If paying with a check or money order, please put the item description/number on your payment and be sure to include your mailing address with all orders. But if USPS shows it as being "delivered" then you will need to contact your local post office. If your purchase is damaged in transit you will receive a full refund or replacement, your choice. The only requirement is that you return the item in its ORIGINAL boxes. This allows me to proceed with a claim against USPS for damages. And if you get your purchase and it's just not what you wanted...return it. Make sure you insure it...once I receive it I will refund your total purchase price. I do not refund shipping/handling or insurance fees in this situation. |
