"I Want A Custom Design" The problem here is...well, I can't see what's in your head so coming up with a bead or fused piece from a description doesn't seem to work for me. If it's a critter bead I might give it a try if I've got the time. Ways To Pay I accept personal checks, money orders and PaPal. Selecting the "Buy Now" button will take you directly to PayPal. If you send a check your item will be shipped once your check clears, usually 5 business days. If paying with a check or money order, please put the item description/number on your payment and be sure to include your mailing address with all orders. Your item will be shipped First Class and insured. If you live outside the U.S. please send me an email with your address and the item you'd like to purchase and I'll reply with your total charges. If you'd like to use Priority Mail shipping/handling is $5.00 within the continental U.S. Refunds If a package is lost in transit and not entered as "delivered" with USPS it will be replaced or refunded, buyers option. But if USPS shows it as being "delivered" then you will need to contact your local post office. If your purchase is damaged in transit you will receive a full refund or replacement, your choice. And if you get your purchase and it's just not what you wanted...return it. Make sure you insure it...once I receive it I will refund your total purchase price. I do not refund shipping/handling or insurance fees in this situation. |
